      first time to change bag . plastic clip broke that holds the front on...vacuum will not work . will not seal tight...even with gorilla tape!!!

      The item was damaged an was sent out. It clearly had the letters DMG on the box I assumed meant damaged. I opened the box and nothing was together if it were new. The brush roll DOES NOT WORK.

      I ordered this vacuum because it was a Kenmore and used bags. Tried to vacuum dog crate and it just moved the hair around. Got my Shark 360 out and it picked up all hairs immediately which gave me a new respect for it despite being bagless. So, I'm now a Shark fan!
