Mat was rolled up in cardboard when delivered. The cardboard was falling off. The mat was covered with black dirt. Took some scrubbing to get all the dirt off. Didn't take long for it to lie flat. Really like using the mat. I believe that the damage to the product was from the shipper.

Exactly what I was hoping for. It came not rolled, so I did not have to worry about flattening it. The only thing I did not like was the strong plastic smell, but this dissipated in few days. Good product.
