This is very nice classy pair. However, I'd buy it on sales. The sole is stiff, poor traction on tile, wood, and concrete floor. The memory foam supplied will get you feet blister . Strongly recommend you go 1/2 to a full size up, tear out the foam immediately when you get them - do it right,...

My husband loves these shoes. This is his second pair. First pair lasted about a year before showing signs of wear. He wears them 4-5 days a week so has been awesome shoe esp for the price!!

I bought my husband two pairs to try, one from DSW and this one. He chose these over the more expensive dress shoes! He only wears shoes like this for special occasion so I am not sure if they would be as great for someone who works in them every day, either way a great buy!
