Christine Horner approaches leadership and self-development through the lens of mindfulness/meditation. I enjoyed the unique take on leadership, although parts of the book were fluff and cliches.

A good read for those seeking a positive way to convey a point, give a speech, and communicate in an effective manner. The use of big words seemed overused throughout, like the author was trying too hard to appeal to a certain crowd, but overall the book had many good points.

I found little new material in this book It was an easy read but provided just vague information. Also, trying to put religious concepts into a secular topic failed. I don't mind ready spiritual books and I read a lot of 'self-help" but I like to decide which I want to read and I don't like them ...
