I have terrible foot pain, so I have to purchase extra cushiony shoes. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day with the Max Cushioning Elite. I order the wide width for extra comfort. The blue color is a nice change from the black work shoes I usually get.

These shoes are awesome for serving. I'm on my feet from anywhere from 6-10 hours walking. Those floors aren't generous either. Max cushioning works for awhile but wears out, I suggest getting inserts eventually but otherwise these are great work shoes. The nonslip is a must in the service industry.
