Perhaps a little too glowing a portrait of Gorbachev but also a realistic and interesting accounting of the end of the Cold War from the Soviet perspective. I also enjoyed his recounting of diplomatic and interpreter etiquette.

Interesting view of Gorby-diplomacy, although a bit slow to read at times.
