we purchased two.of these chairs and they were horrible. we were so upset when we took them out of the box to find one chair the arm was tore and the other chair was sitting properly the back looked like it was going to fall off. im highly disappointed and have already started my return process.

This is a terrible recliner .It sits back too far and it is too big for a normal size person . My feet doesn,t touch the floor . When i recline it i cant get it back to sitting angle

Please save your money!! I really wanted to give it zero stars but it won't allow me to do that. This chair is horrible. Came delivered damaged and on top of that, the chair won't open and close and it leans back so far. This shouldn't even be allowed to be sold

Won't pick up for return to get refund Was supposed to pick up today after 5 days. Now saying someone will call me in 5 more days to schedule pickup
