The extreme tension is almost too much. In fact it is too much for some of the people in our house. But this is truth in advertising, it does keep an extreme grip. The paper towels will not spin, unless you work for it!

Products is okay. The issue I encountered was when I opened the box I found the product filty, covered in dirt. Of course I washed it. But still, a new product shouldn't arrive in this condition.
