Works like it should. No problems. Wish it had cord storage like my last iced tea maker did. I do not leave it out on my counter and so when I put it away in the cabinet there is not a way to easily store the cord, but that's the only complaint I have about it.

Works great husband makes tea several times a day wish it was bigger but for the price it was perfect! Only thing we noticed is the top flap doesn't close while it's hot/ brewing. Thought it was broken, closes better when not in use/ cooled. Still doesn't fully close. Doesn't bother us.
