Plugged this in and it's been running with thermostat set to max for 72 hours. All my previously frozen food is now half-defrosted because only the very bottom is cold. Can't find anyone to help me with questions. Please contact me.

These are cheap and worthless. It laster two days before it went out. Also a 3 year warranty means nothing when you lose $300 of food and the company is closed for the weekend, with not emergency repair number to call. Biggest waste of money.

This freezer is a waste. I bought it on Saturday and it is now Sunday night. The chicken thighs I put in it are still not frozen and it is on maximum freeze. It's being returned tomorrow.
