The chair arrived quickly and in good condition. Very well wrapped, clear instructions. Fairly easy to put together, except for the last step. it was a little tricky. Still only about 30 minutes with one person. Very stylish and comfortable.

Bought the Serra Executive Office Chair for my husband who has told me at least 4-5 times how comfortable this chair is. I love the feel of the microfiber material which feels very luxurious and soft. He said it is the most comfortable office chair he has every sat in.

Easy assembly. Seat is solid with no wobbling. Seat is well cushioned with no hard spots and is comfortable for my 6'1" 220lb frame. The microfiber like cloth is soft to the touch and hopefully will wear well. The twin roller wheels glide easy and smooth.
