Makes great omelets in 10 Mins.. this is my second purchase had the same brand and it lasted for year.. I love this.. and so much less expensive than going out to eat at a restaurant.

So good. I knew what I was ordering and I got just what I expected. Love this to cook cornbread in. It makes great hand pies too. Easy to clean and doesn't take up a lot of room.

I used 4 eggs for 2 omelets. Whip your eggs up very well so you get as much air as you can into them. This makes the omelette poufy. Add your chosen ingredients to the mix. After pan is green light hot, pour mix into each side. DO NOT OVERFILL AS EXCESS WILL SPILL INTO SIDES AND DOWN INTO HEATI

So far, so good! I've used it four times and the omelet gets better each time after tweaking the ingredients and length of cooking, 9 minutes to perfection! Also, easy clean up. 4 stars because the color is not teal, it's in the blue family.
