I highly recommend Lodge cast iron round skillet with 2 handles because as a senior, it's easier for me to lift. I will use for majority of cooking.

This is the first time I have ordered something with the hype Cast iron.And I can say that its good.Its just that before using it season it nicely with oil then it will work fine.
