Love these socks. They do not slide down easily. I have worn them while running and doing crossfit and i never have to adjust them.

These stay on pretty well without sliding down into your shoes. I've only had one slide down into my shoe, but it was because I had on slip on tennis shoes, and when I forced my foot down into the shoe, the sock was a little bunched up. Other than that one time, they have been great.
