Received without remotes. Customer service number goes to recording and states you can't leave message. Seems useless. Nontamper seal was broken. I'm assuming product is a return

I do not recommend this lift chair! It is supposed to have heat and massage. Mine has neither! Buy local so that you don't have to ship it back.
