Delivered at the door off the step and open at both ends. Pieces are missing for installation and instructions. Carrying it into the house was a challenge since the package was so damaged.

Though this bed is pretty, it was horrible to put together! The rods for the frame only strew in in 4 places. You have 18 rods to try to keep in place while screwing them in! Some bolts were welded crooked and 1 worn flat so you couldn't screw into it. Welds are just tacked on. Don't buy this bed!
