Great value. The drawer opens and closes easily on low pile carpet. And provides great storage. The color is a dark grey with blue undertones, with the feel of tweed. Assembly is not difficult, but tedious. You must really look at the picture to insure you're using the correct side, position, etc...

Surpisingly good quality for the priceless! Looks really nice. Kind of a pain in the butt to put together, make sure you have another person to help assemble...but I love it
