First year for the tree. Large section of lights are out at the bottom and 2 other sections in the middle and top are noticably dimmer than the other lights. Not happy with this product.

Year 2 . Two layers of lights don't work right. I can't find anything to troubleshoot or help out. I paid 279 and for being on the second year there should be no issue. This is so hard to capture in a picture due to the LEDs constantly flickering you can't really see with your eyes. The dark area...

I called customer service and they said sorry, they can't do anything about it since it is over 90 d...

Very pleased...the quality and price of this 12' tree is amazing. Prompt delivery I unboxed, tested the lights...was surprised that assembly was so easy. each "layer" of the tree charges the next!...no need for unsightly extension cords...anxiously awaiting the holiday season!
