I bought this on-line direct from Dirt Devil. It took less than a week to get here. Easy to follow directions to get it ready for use. I tried it first on a very stubborn black area rug that shows every tiny bit of dirt. Boy! Am I delighted on how this worked. It's never looked that great before....

I bought this Endura Reach because I wanted a light compact upright for getting every little nook and cranny cleaned. Yesterday, I took out of packaging and plugged in and vacuumed the dining room rug and a small portion of the livingroom. "UNBELIEVABLE" works great and provides strong suction.
