This roll up sink drying mat is convenient for me. It fits across my sink (glad I measured before I ordered bc I almost bought one too small). It's got a silicone covering so it's easy to clean. It has some weight and strength to it so it's sturdy enough to support heavy fruit. I haven't yet used...
