Exactly as pictured/described. Have a nice weight on them which is important when you have preschooler/toddler as they can't easily pull the chair over or topple when trying to get onto the seat. While opening/closing takes some getting used to, it's not hard once you learn the cycle of how to do...

The chairs are a little tricky to open at first but easy once you figure out the trick. They are very attractive and comfortable and I can store them to make more room in my small space. I like the lyre-back design too.

Nice wood and seat colors, fit nicely with chairs and table in dining set. Good size and weight for storing when not in use.
