This machine works great. I purchased it for my daughters graduation party and it did not disappoint. It made over 100 snow cones/shaved ice. It got rained on and is still working like you would expect. It is loud but it's crushing ice, I would expect it to be loud. It's very durable.

The output dispenser is a poor design it sprays the shaved ice all over you have to hold a container on it the hole time it is in use

This is a fast and powerful machine. I bought it for snow cones, but came in handy for cocktails too. It's sure to get a lot of use. As others have mentioned there are no instructions to replace the blade, so I'm hoping I won't have to change it any time soon.
