Enjoyed reading Before the Fall. Most characters fleshed out enough for this type of story. Sometimes Scott's dialog seemed pretentious, did not care for heiress character and her need to bed Scott. Essentially good escapism. Should make a good movie.

A great summer book. The "Fall' in the title is most conspicuously a plane crash that happens at the end of the first chapter. The book tells the story of the plane's passengers before the fall and at least one after the fall. It layers in the plane crash investigation. The book is well crafted. ...
