Thoroughly enjoyed this novel- found it hard to put down. Its mix of mystery and suspense coupled with the intrigue of secrets from the past and the engaging characters made it one of my favourite reads in recent times.

This book spent years on my "to read" pile, several times I started it and the dropped it again after a few pages. For whatever reason this time the book clicked and I read the whole thing. I would categorize it more for the young adult reader but it was still enjoyable though a bit simple.
