I wish I would have read this before watching the movie adaptation, but at least the book was better. It was still eerie to read and the ending made more sense.

The book started off good and then the last part threw me for a loop. I don't want to spoil anything but this book is crazy. You need to pay attention to everything and even then the ending still doesn't make complete sense. This book falls into the "reread to wrap your head around it" category.

What did I even read? I THINK it was good and had some good quotes BUT I have no clue about what really happened and the ending was weird! It was a short book, I suppose it's meant to be open for interpretation…but this is a fiction book…not a philosophical book! 2.5 stars
