This is a great pan, I can make pancakes and burgers on this without bringing out the big griddle or firing up the grill. Big enough to cook several things at a time but still small enough that I can have other pots on the stove going at the same time.

This is the second griddle we've bought from Green Pan. The first is just slightly sticking after 5 years, and we gave it to our daughter. Love this item!

This is a great substitute to the griddle we had on our gas range in the home we recently sold. We now rent and have an electric range. This griddle heats evenly and the nonstick surface is perfect!

Once I got used to this griddle it is great. I have to remember to keep the heat low. Which, by the way, saves on power usage. It very easy to clean, not overly heavy and a nice size.
