Bought what I thought was a good product. Worked fine for a few months. Plugged it in to do some pre-holiday cleaning. Nothing, when I hit the on / off switch. I checked the trouble shooting web page, nothing regarding my problem. Not a happy customer.

It worked great when I first bought it. I even replaced it because I thought my children did something, but after reading the reviews. I waisted my money twice. The replacement lasted a few months like the other. I will never purchase another shark product. Such a waste of money.
