My 3 1/2 year old grandson needed a quiet distraction while his baby brother was being put down for his nap. He got so involved in tracing lines and shapes with his finger he just kept going to the end of the book.

My 3 year old loves this because he can use a dry erase marker and he can do it on his own without a lot of instructions. Great practice for fine motor skills.

My granddaughter takes this with her when her parents go out to eat at a restaurant. She works with it while they wait for their food to come out. It's better entertainment than the electronic devices and much better for her, plus she's gaining skills she needs for life.

Grandson loves tracing the lines and is getting better making them straight. He makes up his own stories for attaching the lines to corresponding objects. And he loves to wipe them clean and start over again. Learning to do straight lines is definitely helping him to make his letters.

All of these books were great. My grand-nieces and grand-nephew just love them. The books keep them busy as well as teach and get them ready for school.
