I know I shouldn't get excited about a can opener. But I am. My other was Farberware just purchased at Walmart. Wouldn't open a can. Period. Spend the few extra $ and buy this one!

every time I've had any kind of issue, customer service handles it promptly to my satisfaction. They are quite a team! They are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Kudos, Walmart! Love the Kitchen Aid can opener; it's easy on my arthritic hands.
