The bottom edge is partially unfinished although it’s stitched to prevent raveling. I chose to hem. The fit of these capris is true to size. They are flattering and comfortable. No shrinking after washing.

There is no 10, so I did an 8, but am returning and getting a 12 just to have a little more room. Really cute and well made.
