Easy to strain water out of pan side. It's stainless steel, heavy duty quality. Great size -- not too small but not too big either. Good Size go to pan for daily use. Being able to see thru the lid to check on things without lifting the lid. Great pan.

the strainer on this pot it such a time saver. boiled potatoes or pastas go straight from the stove top to the kitchen drain water pours out and i go. back to the stove top to add butter or oil if needed, spices, some love and wa-la! its eating time. i hate extra dishes to wash and this stainles...

I love how quickly this pan heats up. The only issue I have is the lid, water seeps around the rim and the glass you have to really shake it to remove all the water, all I can see is bacteria lingering if the water isn't removed other than this, love the pan ordered the 1,5 qt as well.

good size for pasta and rice and %26 has a lid to drain with.

Amazing and very useful pot, together with the lid, I can cook everything and use the lid to release the water directly from the pot! Great!!!
