Very sharp and nice looking. The difference in these knives made me get rid of what I had. I didn't realize how bad my knives were until I got these. My daughter and I like them so much we each got the whole knife and block set for Christmas.

sharpe! Looks beautiful love the blue diamond look. cuts excellent very easy smooth cut. dont like the cover looks and feels dangerous putting it in. i prefer traditional cover but its all about the cut 5 stars
