I use this for my bread starter. Half cup flour, half cup water and a pinch of yeast. Stir. Twist lid on. Let it sit for 14 to 16 hours for the preferment to develop good flavor. Add it in to the difference in the rest of the ingredients, before kneading. Works out great.
