To start with some of the boxes were lost in the mail. Then after about a year of use some of the shelves started to fall apart.. total waste of money

many parts were damaged and i'm still waiting (over 4-5 days ) for the manufacturer to contact me about getting replacement spices. I have pieces of the bed all over my house! so frustrating.

Came with absolutely no directions and no way to get the directions. Cheap wood and easy to break.

Bed went together quickly. Wood is very soft, so do not use an electric screw driver. Boxes were too heavy for FEDEX delivery person. Boxes were very heavy for being only taped and not stapled. All 4 boxes had corner damage along with product.

My son loves his new bed. It wasn't difficult to put together had it put together within 4 hours soooo cute
