This is a nice, basic bottle for pre workout or or shakes. It is a perfect size to slip into your gym bag. The top clicks in securely do no worries about leakage. I always wished these shakers came with a straw because I can drink so much faster with one but all in all a great, inexpensive bottle.

The Mainstay 32 ounce Shaker is a great size. Easy to use and clean. Perfect size for your juice or smoothie. No leakage. Love the textured grip. The cover for the mouthpiece is a little tight but loosened up after a few uses. Overall a nice shaker and drink bottle.
