Sunbeam 2094984 Oster Retractable cord Stainless Steel Can Opener

Looks good but hasn't been able to open anything for over a year. Just sits. Oster needs to do someone for the thousands of folks who wasted their hard earned money and have the same problem. Not sure if can trust Oster product any more.
