Love it. Hot coffee stays hot for 7 hours and iced tea stays cold all day. I have competitors mugs that brag about temperature but Zojirushi is the only one that actually keeps their word. I own 6, 3 16oz and 3 12 oz. I'd still love to buy more pretty colors for my collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mug is perfect for my coffee. I blend my coffee with collagen powder & almond butter & add a few ice cubes, close the lid then shake it up. The larger size allows more room for me to shake it up nicely. It keeps the drink cool all day long.
