Wow, I just love this easy to use kitchen tool. I have always wanted one and finally bit the bullet and ordered it, it actually arrived a day earlier than expected and works like a charm....made zucchini noodle lasagne and it is fabulous sooo easy to use.

I am officially obsessed! To be completely honest I owned 2 different mandolines before this one but I never used either because they did not feel safe to use. The bases were flimsy and did not stay in one place while in use and the food holder of each did not securely hold the item being sliced....
