Oh, I loved these stories. They're so different and AMAZING. Some left my face sore from smiling and a few had me crying and I cannot recommend this collection enough.

I wanted to love this, but the unmemorable stories far outnumbered the strong ones. I gave up before finding anything I felt would be teachable for my students. I could see it working better in high school, maybe?

Nice mix of YA short stories featuring minorities. I would have enjoyed it more if the genres were not such a wide range.
