Halloween is my favorite holiday and this banner is super cute. I hung it in my front window by using paperclips. It's light and the timer is a nice feature. I'll have to adjust the wire on the exclamation point to make it look as if it's not upside down.

This is a nice Halloween decoration. It can be displayed indoors or outdoors. I will keep it inside. The LED lights are bright and easy to see. It runs on batteries so you don't need to worry about plugging it in. I would recommend this banner.
