So far I like it I only used it for a medium size turkey, plenty of room for a larger turkey. it roasted nicely with good color. There are steam vents in the lid and it would be nice to have a want to close if you wanted. Make sure you put liquid in the bottom of the cooking insert can smoke.

I Cooked a turkey in this for Thanksgiving and was very impressed. I was afraid it would take a lot longer than in a traditional oven, but was wrong. It actually cooked a lot hotter than I expected and browned beautifully. Would definitely recommend this anyone.

I can fit two 8" cake oans into roaster. I've roasted a smaller turkey okay. It will be more convenient for me as the oven in my kitchen isn't working
