Not too heavy which is good. You do not feel like you are being smothered. First night, I slept really well, but every night since, back to waking up to pee and not being able to fall back to sleep. That is not the fault of the blanket. It's comfortable!

Love the quality and feel! Bonus the cover is removable to wash! The weight feels great after it's on but is almost to heavy to use as a throw. I would recommend a lighter weight for a throw and this weight as a blanket. -just my preference and opinion.

Like the. very soft, removable and washable cover. Helps me to calm down and sleep great. Keeps me warm in winter and cool in summer although others might have different experience.
