The product came as pictured! My husband put this together basically by himself. He did not appreciate the leg screws for this couch and is going to contact them but doesnt affect function or cosmetics at all. Its a firm couch and has good back support. I reccommend the couch.

We got this in jean colored blue forever ago and it is the best couch. Any liquid, fur, whatever comes off so easily. It is so easy to move around the pieces. I cannot recommend enough. However, we did get it when it was $500 and not velvet.

Came in 3 packages. Pretty straight forward directions.. definitely a 2 person activity to put together! Set up was about 45mins /hour. It's firm- but comfortable firm. Which will allow for more five over the years!

I LOVE THIS COUCH SO MUCH! it's the best choice I have ever made so far. I got this for the living room in my new house and it is so gorgeous and comfortable. The back is alittle low which concerned me at first but it just adds to its look and comfort. It is definitely a lounge couch.
