Excellent quality. Handle is metal so it can go in the oven without melting anything. The non-stick coating is good and thick. Should last a long time. The pan heats uniformly across the bottom. I use gas and there are no hot spots across the width of the pan.

You still need to grease pan with oil or butter before cooking eggs. First attempt was a real disappointment to be honest. Not sure if I did something wrong….
