This is a versatile set. It can be used for pot-in-pot cooking with rice on top while food is in the bottom. Haven't used the push out bottom in one pan but it seems leak proof. It's a great value with two pans and two different height racks.

I love this! You can put rice in the bottom with your fluid of choice. Then Add the top egg rack, and then you can use one of the pans on the egg rack to cook your veggies all at the same time!
