I grind my own wheat. This sifter is a must. far easier to sift flour than by hand. Easy to use.

It's nice. Loud. It would be better if you could stack the screens while running. The springs only allow for one screen at a time. A speed adjustment would be helpful.

The unit does a good job of sifting freshly milled wheat grains into bran, middlings, and flour. The unit is fairly quiet, it is not irritating when it runs. I've run about 25 pounds of wheat through this so far, works well. I'm using a wonder mill to grind the berries, getting around 67% by weight out of the 60 mesh screen. Just need to figure out what to do with the bran!!
