Love the way it feels in my hand. Generally use it for cutting just about any thing food wise, meat vegetables.Has good weight and heft. Came razor sharp.Really like the blade finish. Easily one of my favorite kitchen knives to use. Best of all, affordable.

It is sharp-time will tell. You asked for a review two days after I received it. It didn't get opened until Christmas-some two weeks later. It might be better to give it a couple of weeks to give buyers a little time to use it for different kitchen tasks.
