[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this steamer is perfect for my family. The set is nice and heavy. I have used it both as a sauce pan and as a steamer. It's just the right size for a large head of broccoli. These pans really hold their heat. I love them.

I ordered a month ago, shipping was quick. The first one arrived with a shattered lid, I contacted customer service about a new lid and a few days later I received a whole new steamer. Couldn't be happier. Love the product and more important, loved the customer service.

I love this steamer. It's large enough to steam lots veggies and Chinese dumplings. I can place a Pyrex dish in the steamer and steam halibut with ginger. I have the Classic series. Very easy to clean. Some of my pans are more than 15 yrs old and still wash and look shiny as new.
