this product is so beautiful and it looks so very well it looks even better lit up but there is like an oily substance leaking from the bottom of the base I want to keep it just for the look of it but the oil is leaking from the base every day I don't know why but I have to return it

They don't even get hot enough to ease any pain. I left it turned on for 12+ hours and they were barely warm.

If you are only using it for decorations it's beautiful but the stones do not get warm at all. I left it on for over 4 hours and they were still very cool not even warm a little bit. I returned it and hope to find a better one.

After reading all these reviews, I bought the product and I absolutely love it. It relieves my stress, and the balls warm up. Jeez people, you can put them in the microwave for 45 seconds and they are hot as can be and they work great for massage, so I'm giving this product five stars.
