Not only can i make pizza on it, but pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, quesadillas...the list goes on. One side gets hotter than the other if you use it like a two sided griddle. The only bad thing is it doesn't have temperature control. That's no big deal. I absolutely love it!

Spray both sides with a butter spray, cook eggs on the bottom, then quick flip (turn over the closed tray), so the yokes cook too without breaking! Works wonderfully for this. It also works really well making your own pizza.
